Bill Mysing, the owner and manager of Northpark Title Co., LLC has been actively engaged in handling all kinds of real estate transactions since first moving to the Northshore in 1973.  We have been a licensed title insurance agent since 1983.

Our services are complete and include all charges for title search, title insurance, document prep, notarial, recording and courier fees.  It is important to remember that title insurance is only as good as the title examiner and the staff providing the abstract of title. 

We take no shortcuts in examining title and only an attorney can certify a title in Louisiana and only a licensed, experienced attorney will certify the title to your property.
